I've been for teppanyaki a few times at WS, and each time I have a menu with shelfish included - and they serve it in this amazing white sauce, which I think consists of Garlic and Honey, and other things...

I've asked them what's in it and how to make it and the spoilsports won't tell me. I'm half-decent in the kitchen and would love to have a pop at making it myself...

Does anyone out there know what's in it or how to make it??

It tastes like a real mayonnaise with rice vinegar, garlic oil and probably mirin.

I was meant to be going here a couple of weekends ago with my mate but his kids got chickenpox, he couldn't get a babysitter and we had to stay in, eat pizza and watch dvds. Hey ho.
