Aww, dear, I am so very sorry to hear this :(

He was a wonderful actor, one of my very favourites. He would make a bad film watchable, and a good film great. He was always charismatic - I know I couldn't take my eyes off him when he was onscreen. And so handsome.

He seemed like a good man in his private life too.

A great shame

RIP Richard

An underestimated actor, did he ever win an award, if not he should have won many, R.I.P.

I think he played a laughing psychopath in this film who threw a lady in a wheelchair down some steps...........

He was quoted as saying, it was easy to laugh because he thought it was funny.

A couple of quotes of his.
" I think a performer should do his work and then shut up."
" I felt pretty comfortable with westerns except I
could't ride."
He tried to enlist in 1942 war, but couldn't, because he had a perforated eardrum.
