I've lived in Cambridge, Glasgow, London and now I've moved to Sheffield to start a new post with my company. I just wanted to say that of all the places I've lived I have never seen so many beautiful girls so regularly! Sheffield really is Yorkshires best kept secret so Sheffield girls, give yourself a pat on the back!

..and if miss perfect is out there (which I'm sure she is), when you pass me in the street, or in a bar, just drop something..or fall over so I can help you up and I'll know who you are!

I've known a few people come visit Sheffield and comment on our beautiful babes.

Bit of a let down when some open their mouths though.

Was clothes shopping on Division Street Saturday and heard a girl talking to her boyfriend whilst in changing rooms. I thought to myself "she sounds ropey" and when i came out she was stunning!!

Well sheffield forum is kinda like wearing a paper bag over your head - who knows what they're like!

I have to admit there are a few nice guys to be seen in some places around Sheffield - just not unfortunately amongst the ones I meet! (Try Tescos on West Street on a Sunday!)

Things have certainly changed - 20 odd years ago a good half of Sheffield lasses were about 5ft 2" tall and about the same round the waist (whether or not up the duff).

I think it's a lot to do with the vast influx of students - certainly round this neck of the woods.

If anything you know they can go for a nice walk with you in the peak district. They wont be catching up with you all the time.

I'm not too sure about the calves thing..can't say i'd noticed. I know exactly what it is about girls in Sheffield that I haven't really noticed before...it's that most of them seem pretty genuine and down to earth, and there's a lot of smiling going on which is great. I was sat in Tesco's cafe earlier today and was considering this very point [thanks forum] I wasn't staring but I did start to count the nicer looking women filing past me. After a while it occurred to me as to why there were so many nice young and old women around.......... None of them were wearing leggings!!!
