Has anyone gone through this before?

As per my previous posts, my chocolate addiction is not improving and I am seriously thinking about giving this a go - just would like somebody reputable!

Surely someone on here has tried or has experienced it in some way (not the Paul McKenna type thing on holiday though where they get you to eat an onion saying it's an apple!)
