Hi there, I connected mobile as usual to USB port to download photos and screen on mobile flashed white and will not stop flashing. Can't switch off. Taken sim card out several times along with battery. Won't do anything but flash! Emailed Sony this morning but no reply and not expecting one shortly! Any ideas please. Looks fatal to me.
