I have arranged viewings on my house this weekend. Up till now, all have turned up on time. The couple supposed to be coming at 11am this morning didn't - thanks for calling (not) and letting me know...not that I had arranged childcare so I could show you around properly and professionally!

I am fine now thanks Kristian - I just can't believe it sometimes how people phone and arrange to do something and then don't have the decency to cancel. Oh well. My cup of tea and Cadbury Fuse is going down very well!!! It's a welcome change from washing and tidying up!
