I see a lot of adverts here and a lot of the time people write things like 'If you are interested call me/e-mail me/PM me but then you get people replying to the main ad telling you they can do it (not really applying) and for YOU to contact them on such-and-such-a-number?
It has absolutely nowt to do with me as I only look at th ads, but does it annoy you? It would put me off straight away.

I imagine it's really annoying as it is when you make the contact with an employer and they don't bother to contact you back after you have taken the time to write a relevant C.V and spent the few pence that the un-employed may not be able to spare...swings in roundabouts.

back on subject though, people on S.F either can't or don't bother to read but I do find it rather frustrating to see someone post in the thread when they have been specifically asked to contact the poster, I always scratch my head wondering why, just shows that they can't follow simple instructions and therefore hardly employable.
