Rent is £300/month including bills but excluding council tax (split with the 2 others that pay it).

I know its not quite the area you are after but it is accessable to town etc and good transport links etc, and really s a beautiful house.

I arranged next year to live with a few of my mates but have decided to take a year out instead. They are all lovely people, 2 lads and 4 lasses. All gonna be 2nd year students. All non-smokers, all good fun but not stupid. All are a mix of ages from 20 to 26, we're all classed as mature students. The room is classed as a single because it has a single bed but to be honest, it's quite a big room. The house is really big with a really good kitchen and living room.
