I've all but moved in with the girlfriend so looking to off load this room onto someone who needs it. The second room has been available to a while.

Three nice lads, two final year and one mature student.

Large room, double-bed and on-suite. House has Sky in living room, and wireless broadband.

Rent is £65 p/w, ~£840 for 1st April to June 30th.

...Room 2...

Top (3rd) floor room with space for a desk and double bed, access to a small balcony and a large walk in cupboard.

Rent is £60 p/w, £780 for 1st April to June 30th.

May be able to negotiate spreading the payment of rent with the landlord.

Deposit is £240. But as I need rid of the room you can call it £200.

You can move in tomorrow if you want to.
