these are a few of the photos that we took at the weekend, she is just over 4 weeks old, so we have 4 weeks to puppy proof the house fully and get her everything she will need (advice on that greatly appreciated please!) :D

well, what a stunner she is gorgous, those eyes are full of love

oh i know, i think we awwwwed ourselves horse the few minute we were there! haha.
the mother is gorgeous too, and they were all very happy healthy little things :)

aw, they are beautiful, I have a cavalier too, fab pets and full of love, I never saw mine as a pup because she came to me at about 10 months old (rescue dog)

the breeder had a couple of older dogs, she's a proper cavalier enthusiast! they were one and four years old, such friendly dogs.

Any last tips/things we should be asking the breeder? I have a list of questions like eating habits, injections, worming, etc. She has been checked by the vet already, clean bill of health. I think we have bought everything she will need, the woman i'm buying her from will be sick of me asking questions by now :D hehe

thanks everyone, i have been running round cleaning and hoovering like a mad thing... won't stay like this for long i'm sure, hehe. just so excited it feels like ages since we went up to see her the first time. and no, i won't be getting much sleep at all :D

She's beautiful, you will wonder what ever you did without her,
biggest thing, remember she is a baby, and will miss her mum and the rest of her family., patience is the word and lots of love, which I'm sure you will love her to bits.

yeah we are expecting that, the breeder is giving us one of the toys she has had with her from day one, so will have mum and sister/brothers scent on. but we still realise she will take time to settle in.

well we got her home yesterday afternoon, she was a bit quiet at first but soon started exploring her new territory. we had fun getting her to settle last night, there were a few crying incidents, but finally she got to sleep at 3am with a ticking clock and night light. today she has been tearing round the house, playing with all the toys... oh and she managed to use the training mats straight away :o
she is currently snuggled on the sofa with my OH watching the telly, bless :love:

all together now 'ahhhhhhhhhh!' She's so cute. Well done to her for using the training mats straight away- how clever is that!

well she did that the first few times, but has had a couple of misses today. we are rewarding her when she gets it right and not telling her off when she misses, she'll get the hang of it eventually :)
