I'm looking for a female housemate to share my gorgeous house which is located on Jarrrow Road which is just off Sharrow Vale Road (parellel to Ecclesall Road and about 30 seconds from Nonnas Restaurant).

Preferably, they would be a young professional, non-smoker, aged between 21 and 30, who is fairly tidy.

The house is a beautiful terraced house with two large bedrooms, an extremely large bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a small but perfectly formed garden.

Your room is the attic room, which has been converted into a stylish place to relax and sleep. It has a large double bed and shelfing, but the best thing about it is the sky-light windows.
Its a gorgeous room which is definately the best in the house. I would move into it myself but I'm very settled in the second floor bedroom.

The rent would be £285 per month plus bills.
