We have been tentatively approached by an interested party who asked us to consider selling our house with us paying all the fees deposit etc.
We contacted the solicitor who said he had dealt with a few sales this way. He only had a couple of concerns at this stage.

This is great for young folk who cannot find the deposit but who can afford the payments and opens up a new area of potential buyers. Has anyone had experience of selling or buying a house in this way.
With this in mind our 3 bedroomed, very large investment property would sell around 127K Just in case anyone else is interested
