The wife wants to research subjects on Dore village. I've tried to create her an SF account but it tells me that there is already a user attached to this IP address. Anybody any ideas or does she have to use my user acccount?

Google mozilla firefox, download it (free) and make her an account using that instead of internet explorer I've heard people doing that before.

Or change your IP address but try using a different browser first as it's much simpler.

It's to stop people using duplicate accounts for malicious purposes and the like.

If you go through to the helpdesk and explain, then they will sort it for you.
