It can only get worse. Nobody can stop big companies. The government is powerless to act and it would take one hell of a boycott to make any dent in the profits of these super companies which own dozens of brands.

You can't complain because you know it's more hassle than it's worth - an hour long queue on an 0870 number costing you pounds only to be dealt with by someone who's reading a spiel on a computer screen.
