Just wondering if anyone out there new any clubs, for young bands to play at....My brothers band are wanting to have some gigs at places and are sturggling to find suitable space.
If anyone has any info please pm me.
Thankyou
How old is your brother and his band mates?
I think that people 13 and up are allowed to play at the boardwalk, I assume you know where that is?
Or if you can round up a few bands and get 50 quid you can hire out the Grapes upstairs for a gig. You pay the 50 quid and get the money on the door.

The Grapes don't allow young bands on any more as they don't take enough behind the bar. I'm doing a gig with tuffty tonight so I will double check.

I went to a gig a while ago where the band I had gone to see had a teacher in the line-up. The support act were from his school :D
Perhaps lining them up as support to an adult band, and touting together would help?
Would Classic Rock let them play for experience?
