I'm looking for a professional (male or female) to share a 3 bedroom house in Woodseats. The rent is £275.00 per month plus bills. It's a nice place, with 2 double rooms free.

Ideally I'd like to rent out one of the rooms and have one for junk or spare. The house is furnished and as soon as I find someone for one of the rooms, I'll get a bed sorted.
