I think that because we're still testing and tweaking the ticker we weren't necessarily after proposals of what to do with it.

Seriously, if you want to run a discussion about the site infrastructure, please contact us by the 'Contact Us' option first. the reason for this is not Fascist control freakery but it's just to ensure that we don't end up with a Poll like this being considered to be SF policy when it's actually a user's thoughts.

The poll was removed for these reasons, that's all.

If you have soem ideas, please contact us and we'll see what we can do to formalise things.

And finally, as this hopefully answers the original question, I'll close the thread! :)
