My fiance is a full time student and I will be in full time work.

Good luck! To be honest I think you would be lucky to rent a furnished room for that price in the city centre. The cheapest 1 bed flat I've seen is at least £350, and that's unfurnished.

I agree with the poster above.

When I was looking for something similar the cheapest I could find was about £400 with no bills included and no partking.
