I'm afraid the Russian tearoom no longer exists... It started as a food store selling traditional Russian products at a reasonable price, then they started selling blinis and tea and offering "discussion evenings" that noone else seemed to turn up to. Now it's more or less empty and they apparently give business advice...and offer other "services"
It's a pity as most of the staff were friendly (the women) and willing to chat in English or in Russian.
