View Full Version : Define a 'Sex Maniac'
slimsid2000 08-03-2005, 14:04 Here is an interesting little topic. We have all no doubt heard the term 'Sex Maniac' at one time or another, yet what exactly is one? The exact definition seems rather vague.
Is it just someone who has an exessive interest in sex?, whatever excessive is. Is it someone who thinks about it more than the average person does (although I suspect that the average person thinks about it quite a lot.
On the other hand is it someone who is into some wierd type of sexual perversion that most people would find discusting?
I await you views with interest.
ps. I am not one myself but just interested to see what people thinks constitutes one.

'have you done it yet?'
they'd reply with, yeah twice this morning n i'm hopin for some more when i get home.
i would'nt exactly say its someone who has a big sex drive cos theres nothing wrong with that ;)

personally I'd say a sex maniac is a guy that will hump any hole he can find, whether its human or not lol... guess most welsh are sex maniacs then? :D
I think the key word is 'maniac'
Isn't it somebody for whom all logic and reason goes out of the window when 'sex' is on the agenda? (Which is probably always in their case)
The expression reminds me of the Benny Hill show!

But then we all have different feelings as to what we personallywould class as a pervert.
To me a Sex Maniac is somebody who's allways thinking and talking about sex.Wether they actually have sex as much as they make out they do,just depends on if you believe their stories or not.

No it doesn't, it depends on whether their stories are true or not. Whether you believe them or not is irrelevant.
I'd say someone obsessed with 'it' - reading/watching porn or constantly thinking/practising.
From the images you put up I'd be more inclined to say that Nos 2 and 4 looked rather suspect to me - the other two looked more chilled out.

No way, the only person who knows if they are telling the truth is themselves,its then upto the individual to decide if they believe the stories of their exploits or not.And i am not naive enough to believe all of it.Most men like to brag, and lets just say "dress up " the actual facts to make it sound far better than it actually was.And then theres those who have brag about it ,because they aint got a chance of doing it.And theres plenty of them out there as well.

I agree! In my defintion a sex maniac is a person, any person, who indulges in the act of sex numerously throughout a day, week, month, year...........

Why stop at 25? AS a male over this age I take exeption to this. The idea that a male over 25 no longer has sexual desires just is not true.

Funny that. Whenever I hear the word Nymphomaniac I've always thought of a female whereas the phrase Sex Maniac has always made me think of a male.

But you said that whether they do something or not depends on whether you believe them or not. This is quite clearly wrong. Whether they've done it or not depends only on whether they've done it or not - whether you believe them or not afterwards does not change anything.

Why does it have to be men who are sex maniacs? I was groped by a seventy year old lady this morning but it was just a bit of fun and we both went away laughing. :)
