I think it might have been someone where near St. George's Church - any ideas please?

I just looked in the 1925 Kelly's Directory. Grindlegate is listed as a short street between Scotland Street and No 50 West Bar Green. This will have been on the other side of Scotland Street from the police station, where the new tower block is on the corner. Only two occupants are given for Grindlegate - "Mrs Kate Olensky, clothes dealer" at No 4 and "Thomas Bond, bird dealer" at No 5.
