Probably more monkeyesque than anything... I like em though. But yeah still some echoey sixties Coral type noises going off.

I think there is definitely a 1950s James Bond essence throughout the whole album.

I especially love the song "My mistakes were made for you". Hope its a future single.

I heard a while ago that they are gonna be touring the UK this Winter...does anyone have any more info? ...I know they are doing Leeds / Reading Festival but would love to see them at a more intimate venue. x

Alex Turner's voice is a bit like marmite, you either love it, or hate it. His vocals are very prominent on this but I do like this side project. It's definitely a grower!

The Last Shadow Puppets, The Raconteurs, <----(Oxford Comma) and Vampire Weekend are on constant loop for me.

I heard on the radio that the Last Shadow Puppets are playing the City Hall soon (23rd October). Tickets go on sale tomorrow (5th July)

The tickets, £25 each, were sold out immediately, my son was after a pair.They are now going for £142 on Ebay.

Really struggled though - phones constantly engaged and see tickets crashing ( as it always does)

Got some off the city hall website ...I've done this before and got tickets really easily....I think people forget its there?!!......

Finally:rolleyes:, pay day arrives and i managed to get me a single ticket on the circle row A. :thumbsup:
Not bad, just wish i'd not looked on Saturday at the box office when there was a single on the front row of the stalls! :o
