I have a Samsung U600, nice jazzy phone, smart and sexy etc....but....texting is a bit of a task, it just has a mind of it's own! A friend of mine has a similar phone and she says the same, also I accidently ring people, it has a touch screen which seems to work when you;ve not even touched it - anyone else have probs or advice with this great but hard to use phone?

mine is the same. when i try to ring people it cuts off 4 or 5 times before letting it ring through. Freezes all the time too.

and do you find that you cannot cut the call off? It's mad, I doubt i'd be able to put the phone down on someone!! :loopy:

I have the same problem, its one of the worst phones i've had. I write a text, then i accidently delete it before i get chance to send it, so i have to re-write it..I also got a call this morning and it only gave me the option to reject call for some reason so i couldn't answer the phone...:rant:

yep i do, it is rubbish!

How did they get it so wrong though, as this phone is an upgrade of the others, as I say, it's great looking and jazzy with all the vivid msgs and such but soooo hard to use.

What p****s me off is when you press the wrong button, the cancel one, by mistake and it doesn't give u an option to cancel just save draft or delete.....argh!!!!
