About 10 years ago I installed a program which allowed a group of people to surf together. I did a tour of the peak district, with me being the leader every webpage I clicked on, made the rest of the groups browsers automatically go to the same website.

I've forgotten the name of the program and I cant google anything similar does anyone know of such a program?

You'd be able to do this on a suite of out-of-the-box Macs with iChat Theatre (which would work with any browser, or pretty much any media file or document). However, this may not be an option...

I think you could do this by VNC, if you're using Windows, e.g. TightVNC (http://www.tightvnc.com/), although things will slow down the more viewing clients you have.

Otherwise, have you looked into BeamYourScreen.com (http://www.beamyourscreen.com)? There's a 7-day free trial, although the subscription is pretty hefty.

On the PC you could use iTalc or LanView.
