My nan has a washing machine that needs rehoming to any animal shelter that wants it, all in good working order and i may even be able to arrange delivery. I also have 15 new pet blankets and a load of kennel safe dog toys that ive been buying to donate to a sanctuary.
What a lovely thought xxxnicolexxx- I'm sure there will be no shortage of potential new homes applying by PM to you.

Yes i have thanks but there are that many shelters in need of donations that i wouldnt like to choose. Thought it would be easier for me to advertise on here and hopefully someone will get in touch so i dont have to decide, i wish i had enough to split round all south yorkshire rescues but unfortunately not.

I don't know about the washer, I am sure the council would love one, but they have to be PAT tested and certified I think to be able to be used there. Also they struggle with drying in weather like this.
The blankets and the toys would DEFINATELY be needed and appreciated. These are the dogs who really appreciate them. If you can get them down to the kennels they are behind the old RSPCA building near spring street in the West Bar area of Sheffield.
thanks for thinking of them.
if you need the stuff collecting and dropping off (not the washer) i'll be round West Bar on Friday lunchtime, so quite happy to collect a.m Friday.

If no rescues can use the washing machine for what ever reason perhaps you could sell it and donate the money? that would be a really great thing to do as well and just as easy, I know that Rainrescue needs help with kenneling fees for a couple of dogs rescued from the pound, it would help to keep them safe for a few weeks longer :D
