If someone came to your place of work tomorrow and asked you to come to their place and do exactly the same job but they will pay you twice or three times as much in a pay rise as your current employer, what would you do?

Most people would be off like a shot!

Brunty was a good player for Wednesday, but we are simply not good enough at the minute to hold on to players that show abilities and potential above Championship level (and I appreciate Championship is a bit tenuous at the minute).

He shouldn't be booed for having a bit of ambition, and I was happy to applaud him and it was good to see him acknowledge the thousands of others that did the same.

(If you want to boo players, start with those who are currently taking huge wads of cash out of a broke club and not able to keep themselves fit for longer than 15 minutes at a time, they're the real villains!!)

Up the Owls, although I fear 'up' is slightly optomistic at the minute

Wouldn't disagree with any of that. Good, rational points made.

Agreed, I was happy to applaud him when he came to take the corner down near the cop. Its a shame other idiots have to spoil it

It only makes the player more determined and usually have the last laugh!

You can't blame Brunt for leaving Wednesday, I am sure he would have stayed if the contract was right.

Good Luck to Brunty and I hope he is playing in the Premiership next season.

I wouldn't dream of booing Brunty, he was frustrating to watch sometimes in his earlier day but you could always tell he had the potential to be a greta player for us. Just a shame when he came on and started producing last season all th eother clubs took notice. Unless we were serious about a promotion challenge this season we were never going to hold onto him.

I'd probably left too if I were him, with the club showing no ambition. If you look at it form his point of view hes not supported them since being young like me and other fans. He needed to go to a club pushing for or in the Prem to push his way into the international squad.

Good luck to him in the future.

The only reason I can think to boo him is that he has ginger hair.
