If you're talking about Parklands - avoid it at all costs.

We rented there for a while... 3 car windows smashed, drivers door lock forced (these are all seperate incidents in a 3 month period aswell) and plenty of trouble from local nobheads. Numerous other things I could mention but I'd be here all day.

Avoid it, that's all I'd say.

Oh, and as for the houses themselves - poorly built modern rubbish with paper-thin walls and no storage space.
