I've got the free version of MusicMatch Jukebox 5 and that has a file convert option but I don't know if the latest versions have got it.

Version 10 is for users with Windows XP:

Version 9 is for users with earlier versions of Windows:

Does WINAMP Pro not do it, plus give you a very good player also?

I have it, never tried it though (yet).

If you find that it works, PM me as I may be able to help.

Winamp, MusicMatch or Audiograbber will all do it. There are others also which you can download for free.

There's a fantastic piece of freeware called AUDACITY, I downloaded it recently and it works a treat. Can't remember the url, but a Google search should find it. Highly recommended and quite a small download.

Or, if you're using XP, Windows Media Player 10.

Although I'm sure some on here will flame me for suggesting it :)
