I was just wondering if anybody could give me a rough estimate of cost to install a new bathroom suite. I have purchased the toilet, bath and basin and all fixtures and fitting, towel radiator and wall tiles.

Bathroom 7ft X 6ft. The cost would include ripping out the old suite. Installing the new suite same layout as the old suite. Re-tiling round the shower area approx 5m square (Old tiles have already been removed). Install a new shower (any recommendations for a powerful shower to run off a combi boiler). Install the towel radiator?

Any advice or price guide would be appreciated?

Thanks in advance
Ryan

have a word with spm1 or fytc .. they are both excellent bathroom fitters and even better tilers .. both are on the forum . :0

Are the more expensive quotes including tiling? How much just to have a bathroom suite removed and new one fitted (pipework in same place etc)

Yes. You're problably looking at approx £250-£350. Even though you say the pipework is in the same place, there is never such thing as a straight swop :)

Ask 2-3 plumbers to come out and give you quotes.

Toilet, Bath and Sink with pededstal £350.00.

That does not include any making good of walls or disposal of old suite.

The OP wants a bath, toilet, sink, towel rail and Thermostatic mixer shower fitting and the tiling 5sq mtrs.

I would want to see the job before giving a price as there are too many variables to give an accurate price.

Thanks for the recommend John.

If you want someone who does it all and I can well reccomend him is Tony 0773009797, he has done mine and a few others around me and we are all well satisfied, plus he will do special designed bathrooms and kitchens and is very helpful but most of all very clean and tidy
