Hi,

Here are my first photos:

I had to resize these because the originals are too big in size to upload.

The camera I used isn't very good (an old Vivitar :gag: ).

To the more seasoned photographers, is there a good camera that you can recommend for £100 or less?

They're nice photos Logic - I love the severe angles on the dam & surrounding trees, on the first photograph.

Have you taken the last 4 using a panoramic setting or picbridge?

I'm sorry, I can't really help you with a good camera, although for a cheapish point and shoot digital - I found my first Olympus was easy to use and lovely photo's. Maybe worth considering getting something REALLY good second hand - there's always someone selling something somewhere?

For £85 i dont think you can go wrong with this camera http://www.amazon.co.uk/Canon-PowerShot-A560-Digital-Camera/dp/B000OJ426A/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1204389693&sr=8-1

I have it as my cheap point & shoot camera and i get great photos from it.

@ BoroughGal,

I used Autostitch (free software) to make the panoramic shots - it's very good, I find it better than PhotoShop's merge option.

@ robS35,

Thanks!

I'll check out some reviews first before I order one.
