Hi, please can you help out a complete stranger? It's my hen night on 18th & 19th March, 2 weeks time, and me & the girls are coming to Sheffield. We're late 20's/early 30's, fairly mainstream, and enjoy good wine & beer, not vomiting students & alcopops. And we're staying in town, so city centre bars/restaurants/clubs would be good.

We had planned for The Mad Greek, but it looks like that's out of the question now, so any suggestions for a reasonable quality meal, and and places to avoid would also help. And if you turn up, I might even buy you a pint! (Might. Remember that.)

Club? The bars mentioned above are good, but I'll warn you the club Kingdom is a bit cheesy, which might be good for a Hen Night, but just thought I'd warn you in advance.

try cha cha's next to the mad greeks (indian) its an all you can eat place for about 9 quid bar disco down stairs food upstairs,not actually been yet but ive only heard good things about it

West street your best bet eg Takapuna and Tequila. Also 80s bar and many more. Crystal and ruby lounge are also very close and have good reviews. Many bars to choose from around here.

i recommend Banus nightclub next to city hall. If you phone up you may get a group discount for your hen party :)

Las Iguanas restaurant is nice...their fahitas (wrong spelling!) is lovely! Its near Vokda revolution also a good bar to go to afterwards.
