These have historically been the last Wednesday of each month, but John Lewis have one the same night that clashes. So this post is really just to see what people think about changing our unnofficial meet dates. So would you like the opportunity to be able to go to JLP aswell as us having a different meet date? If so what days would be best? We could start a new first Wednesday in the month trend I guess. This would have to be cleared with Jill of course first, but Im just seeing what people would prefer:D

I'm happy to do either first or last Wednesday... just so long as I get my fix of yarny-goodness! lol

I like Wednesdays because they don't clash with Scouts, swimming, rehearsals or canal society meetings. I still wouldn't be able to go to the JL meeting as it's too early for me to get there.

Wednesdays are good for me. I'm with Wool4brains on the time of the JL meet!

Am I missing the point of this? If John Lewis meetings are on Wednesday weekly and Cocoa Lounge meet weekly on a Thursday - then why are we trying to rearrange a date to another that will necessarily clash?

I thought they were monthly - the last Wednesday of the month (same as Wool Baa) - so thats why there's the suggestion of swapping.

I had thought that the JL ones were monthly too - is that not the case then?

I thought John Lewis was on the last Wednesday only of every month and The Wool Baa Unofficial Sheffield Forum Meet is on the last Wednesday only of every month! That is why I thought we were asked if we want to swap The Wool Baa meet so that people can go to both if they so wish?!? I've confused myself now!! Can we have a Poll - I likes Polls and settle things once and for all? Not that I'm complaining :suspect: :D
