wondering if anyone has any ideas were i might be able to find some water resistant trousers in sheffield city centre? I need them for some outdoor walking.

I went to murder hell last night and could not be bothered to look any further after an hour of hunting! ( and buying new clothes that i did' nt go for!)

Any suggestions would be very helpful!

There is an outdoor/ walking /camping shop near Fitzallan square in Sheffield. Yeomans i think .

What about Blacks at the end of Fargate? They normally have stuff like that (although they can be a little on the expensive side).

Also there used to be a couple of outdoors shops at the lower end of the moor (where all the pound shops are). I got a pair a couple of years ago from FAS for about 15 quid.

worth checking out the real army surplus store on London Road, just townwards of that huge restaurant wasabi sabi.

Blacks on the Moor is the best bet for the city. If you can get to CCC nr Bramall Lane you would be better off (for quality, range and price!).

ARCO (Safety suppliers) Nr. Makro nr. Darnall had £45.00 Karrimoor waterproof trousers for £15.00 two weeks ago!

Whatever you do, make sure you get breathable ones....are well within a decent price range now days.

I'm sorted now, as I drove into town I noticed the decathlon superstore so I dropped in there and managed to get some cheap ones.

I just hope it does not rain all week...but at least I'll be prepared!
