I am wanting to start my 4year old son doing sports or gymnastics or anything similar. He is very physical and i am wanting him to try to channel his energy into something rather that constantly charging around and being loud all the time. I live in S6 so something in that area would be ideal. Does anyone know what things are available or how you find out about what things are available?

ThanksThey used to do gymnastics classes for kids at Hillsborough Leisure Centre.

Yep - Hillsborough Leisure Centre for 3-4's. my little girl goes. There are 2 classes on a Monday 1 o'clock and 1:45 both 45 min sessions. When they start school they can move up to the 5+ gymnastics at Wisewood. I can't find the tel. no at the moment, but if you ring they'll give it to you.. it's run by a central team from Ponds Forge..
