My canary has started to behave really oddly. He is now in my boyfriend's flat and he feeds him each day, talking to him and giving him treats. The bird, Podge comes to the bars with his wings out, flapping them a bit and almost falling off his perch in an effort to get to closer every time my boyfriend goes to him. I have never seen this behaviour before - is Podge seeing him as a threat or do you think he is doing the "I am a baby bird, feed me" thing?
