I would like to know if there are any puppy obedience classes in the sheffield area. I have a 10 week old gs and thought about puppy classes but don't know where to look for information

BoneyFido run 'basic obedience' classes. Not just for pups - there are some adults too but the majority tend to be pups.

I don't actually know of a specific puppy class though.

there is a new course staring at wadsley bridge dog obedience soon i think its begining of march. they train every monday night at 7 pm pop up and have a chat if you like.

there is also a new club starting at wharncliffe side which is just over the hill from you thats on a tuesday night at 8.30 :)

I'm going to be wanting a club too in the next few weeks for Kira, but I live in Shiregreen and have no transport so it can't be too far realistically.
I had a look on the other training club threads but other than Attercliffe (which is a no no!) I can't see anything close by at all, there did used to be one at Wincobank in the community centre years ago, does anyone know if that is still running?

I can personally recommend 'People and Dogs' run by Victoria Cooper. Highly experienced and qualified. Booking is essential - as they're so good, get booked up very quickly.

Just to confirm my previous post - I have a new Friday course beginning on the 26th June. We've had great success with the last few so am looking forward to starting this one - it's already getting booked up and should be good fun!
