Hi.

I recently bought the Battle of the Planets Mega Boxset from Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk) and recieved it on Tuesday morning.

However, on trying the discs, I discovered that disc 1 doesn't work in 2 different DVD players I tried it in.

I've looked on Amazon but can't find any email addresses or phone numbers for their support department to contact them about this so I just wondered if anyone here knew any phone numbers for them so I can get in touch with them about the faulty disc?

Thanks all, I tried the links but I'd rather email or ring them up before actually sending anything back.

Oh well, maybe I'll keep looking.

Make sure you read the webpage though. It has some good, sensible advice.

if you go into your account and go through the returns policy it will print a n address of to go on the front of your package and advise you what to do.
