A lovely cat we call fluffy puss has been visiting us for years. We feed him twice a day and have made shelter available for him and other strays.This last week his fur has been coming off down to his skin apart fom this he seems okay.Any ideas what I should do

Awww poor Fluffy, sounds like he needs a vet, I'm thinking he may have a flea allergy but it could really be other things... vets is the way to go.

I agree with Moonbird entirely on this one- there are lots of potential causes for this, from flea allergy to thyroid problems so a vet is the only one who can give you an answer on this.

Are you sure his "other owner" has not been clipping mats out? I assume he will be matted if he is a stray.
