does anyone know what the police helicopter was doing over lodgemoor at 10:00pm Monday evening. It hovered for about half an hour. :huh:

well i am in netherthorpe and we saw 2 punto cars driving mad and doing hand break spins on bramwell street.....very near the young kids playing!!!
and the helicopter was over us about 8pm for about 45 mins and lots of police and sirens sure not sure if it was for the 2 cars?!

maybe they were being chased???
my kids were scared to death!!! all the neighbours came out as they were spinning both cars on the bend of our road near the kids playing
the copter was over not long after and lots of cops zooming round
may have been something else but who knows

They were after someone who had nothing better to do than ask why there's a helicopter over their house :hihi:

It always used to be up hovering around the Dronfield ( S18 ) area. Probably looking for high heat levels leading to hydroponics.

correct, we sent him off to the shop for some cravendale but he got lost on the way back.

the kids did get their 'posh' milk on the shreddies after all.
