NOT THAT THE THREADS THEMSELVES AREN'T FUNNY, BUT I THINK THAT THE QUOTES MOST PEOPLE HAVE AT THE END ARE BRILLIANT AND I WAS WONDERING WHERE PEOPLE FOUND THEM? I CAN NEVER REMEMBER FUNNY QUOTES:(

I used to work for a high street bank and it was a quote that the area manager used all the time.
As I now work with people with mental health problems/learning disabilities/autism to find them work, I feel it is useful to think in that way , so I decided to have it as my quote

"On the extreme left of your keyboard you will find a button called caps lock"

I made that one up myself!

At the bottom of each post there's a button called 'quote'. If you choose carefully, you can quote the person you are addressing

"chop-chop, busy-busy, work-work, bang-bang" somehow i don't think so .... :D

PigupPig I really like your quote .... if Dorothy Parker made her quips up on the hoof, she was one of the wittiest people ever... (rubyd wishes she could think of something sparkling too) and I like the one that says "my usual self is a very unusual self, and "plain talking since 1964" they always make me grin ...

Bet i end up like fnky though, driven to just advertising my business self .... ;)

Up until now I didn;t have one, but now I have added one of my favourite martin luther king quotes.

Another good one from this worthy inspirational leader is

"We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools."

Words that a few people on this forum lately should take note of... you know who you are:loopy:

Marvin the paranoid robot who was asked to pick up paper from the floor.
I like this quote so much I had a badge made saying it that I wore before getting rreally carried away and putting it on a tee-shirt.
I was thinking of changing though to
Suck,Squeeze, Bang, Blow.
However have come to realise that most people apart from mechanics would think it was rude.

"My ususal self " etc came from the beginning of a Smiths song (can't remember which one sorry!) It's from some film or other an dthey use it at the beginning of the song. I just thought it summed me up as does my other, made up quote!!
