my lad and partner own their house out there, they have lived quietly for 14yrs never had one it of bother
it is very quiet

Hackenthorpe police station is at the round-about at the top
straight down the road towards halfway/mosborough is westfield southway

turn left at that roundabout takes you to crystal peaks

i do believe if you go (into) westfield estate it can get a bit rough
like most places you get pockets of smooth and rough

i am sure my lad would let you see round the area before you make any decision

i know of a 2 bed first floor flat being renovated to rent out
the landlord is in the process of renewing the kitchen
dont know how much he wants for rent but could find out if you want

it is in a good area, i know cause my lad would be your downstairs neighbour

westfield used to be a bad area, but has calmed down alot in recent years,but still is in places. all i can say is do your homework

i visited westfield a couple of weeks ago, doesnt seem a bad area to me!

have asked my lad to ask landlord what the rent is
