We're putting our house on the market soon and have had 3 qoutes. Has anyone had any experiences or do they have any advice for who i should sell with.

When we sold about four months ago we used Saxton Mee. we had quotes from haybrook and also blundells. Blundells I found to be quite negative about my home and I felt that would reflect on the sale of our property, they also gave the lowest valuation (I hear they undervalue to attract attention) Haybrook were very good and gave a simalar valuation to Saxton Mee.
The thing that swayed me for Mee's was the drive and enthusiasm of the chap who came to value our home, he promised me he could sell our home off one advert in the Property guide, and he did, he got us an offer of within the first week of the house being viewed, there were a few issues with viewings and they got a few things wrong on the brouchure but apart from that it went fine.

I used Saxton Mee in Crookes - they were great.

Try Whitehornes Estate agents at Woodseats, they charge a flat £999 fee which is very cheap compared with most others.
