I turned tv on this teatime for my daughter and could not believe my eyes. David and Carrie Grant ( The One and Only judges) are now presenting a childrens programme on Cbeebies.
I watched it for a bit but found myself cringing with embarrassment as the pair sung a song alongside some screaming kids and a stuffed animal.
Have things got so bad they have had to resort to this?

I hope not.
5 year olds are far too young and naive to be exposed to that much flesh IMO.
It's bad enough BBC bosses think they're entertained and educated by actors running round in colourful costumes pretending to eat "Tubby Toast" etc! At least when I was a 5 year old we had the classics like Trumpton etc.

Last year some of the Life On Mars cast were reading the books in the bedtime story hour. It was quite amusing to see Gene Hunt in a more gentle mode!

DJJ is also in MI High on CBBC - could not belive my eyes. Keep expecting him to scream "Yowwwwwwwwwww" and moonwalk out of the room!

Wasnt he also on a kids program called maid marian a few years back with tony robinson. Its like everytime i see craig charles on coronation street i keep expecting him to say you smeghead.

My kid just found this program while channel surfing and we watched the last five minutes of it...that's six minutes too long:o
OMG they're sooo wooden...I got splinters in my eyeballs just watching them. And who told Carrie she could sing!!??!! Every cat in the neighbourhood is now camped in our garden :gag:
And what a right pair of eejits they look too
does this program drive anyone else nuts! my daughter loves it and dances around while i sit in the corner rocking i HATE it i would much rather watch space pirates! i love it more than my daughter.

I saw this for the first time the other day and i felt right embarrased for them both....i didnt like it at all,my 4 yr old daughter did tho.
