You wont all believe this because my posts generally have a heigtened degree of maturity but when i got my first acting job when i left school i played a character called wizzer at Butlins - i also had to go round on christmas morning with the mother of all hangovers dressed as a snowman and banging on challet doors waking up the kids. My voice coming from inside the foam head - 'merry ****ing christmas' and the little ******** booted me all the way to the theatre at the camp. OH how we laughed!!!!!!:|

When I was a teenager, I had a summer job working in a restaurant at this place.

It wouldn't have been too bad, except that we were required to dress in 'period' clothing. Which meant that I had to walk around all day long dressed as a saloon girl, tripping over a long skirt, and dying from the heat. And since our 'uniforms' were provided by our employer (cheap ba*tard) he didn't care if they fit right or not. Like the morning I got to work late, and the only dress left came down to the tops of my ankles. Since I am fairly tall 5'7", and habitually wore a pair of tennis shoes to work in, it rather defeated the purpose of the period outfit.

And the fun of climbing/hoisting myself onto a rickety old stagecoach seat while trying to keep nasty little boys (and a few grown men) from looking up my dress.

I suppose it could have been worse. I had a friend in high school who worked at this place.
