If they are naturally like that then it's just how you were built I'm afraid.

If this is a new thing then you need to get to see your doctor, especially if there is any discharge, unevenness or soreness. These together can be symptoms of breast tumours.

well they were small, they seemed to be inverted after pregnancy, not sore just visible on the surface

no fun in "you" manipulating anything.
i recall as a young lad reading stories where massaging and manipulation of both the mammaries and nipples did increase the size and prominence. could be an old wives tale.
there are products available that do "suck" the extemity in question and eventually elongate them. very mush like a small version of a breast pump.

Considering there's already over 160 views done on this thread, I'd say so! :cool:

i thought it was respectable but some items were a bit mature and some were more medical and scary - however a search for " enhancer bulb" on ebay may help.

I will say this a delicately as I can, I have one of these, it works by squeezing the bulb part and it pulls the nipple out, quite strongly, and then whilst the nipple is erect - a plastic ring has to be slipped on it to keep it so, I have never managed this, perhaps mine aren't long enough, if I had I would imagine it could either be sore or painful

Have you tried ice cream?

Did you know that Phil Oakey once pierced his nipples and had a chain running between them? That'd certainly prevent any inversions!

oh you two you want us to experience pain, I do have another contraption, which is plastic there are two of them, one for each nipple and one is supposed to wear them all day (they fall off usually) these are more pleasurable, they have a little cup which goes over the nipple then they stick to it through air pressure once the nipple is pulled out, these have improved them slightly, but I havn't managed the knack of keeping them on all day.
