Have hot water but no heating.

Brit Gas came yesterday and got it working saying that there was a loose connection to the divertor valve head.

Turned off overnight but not working again this morning.

Not sure Brit Gas have the skills to deal with these boilers as I know they only fit cheaper brands like Baxi.

Surely some of the plumbers on here could tackle this?

Help!
