I have a shop bought video and I want to put the music on to my ipod. I've a vcr and a dvd recorder so I can get the whole thing onto dvd but can I just get the music into a format which itunes will recognise?

Both of these have proper settings for the iPod I've just taken this setup from my Total video converter by pressing apple format...
