Hope somebody can help me out with this. I've been emailed a photo by a friend and want to print it out. The photo was sent as a jpeg and the problem that I have is that it is very big - ie. would print over about 8 pages. Is there any way I can reduce the size of this picture so that it prints on a single sheet of A4? I'm in work at the moment so only have access to basic Microsoft apps.

Thanks

Quick and dirty?
Open it up in mspaint and keep reducing it's size by a percentage (CTRL+W) until it's the size you want.

put it on disk, and take it to boots.

If you reduce the size, you'll be reducing the resolution too and that could cause the printout to be a bit pixelated.
What program would you be using to print it out with? With programs like photoshop etc, when you print you have the option to reduce the printout size to fit the page without loosing quality.

The software above will do best fit to page, and its free.

If you cannot download software at work, you can insert the picture into MSWord.
Right click and select format picture and you will see a tab for "size".
