£42.50 + service charges for a GENERAL ADMISSION ticket to the LCCC grounds?!?!?!!??! :rant: :rant:
Holy crap. I really wanted to go, but now rethinking it. Before I even get there its going to cost me almost £70! for one person.
Is anyone else paying this?
They practically gave the last album away for nowt. Theyve got to make the money back somehow

I saw them for £14.50 (including booking fee) just after they released Amnesiac. They were good, but not worth £42.50.

actually its being sold in stores, official release date was early in Jan. I paid a few pounds for the dl and then paid £12 for the vinyl
either way its cuckoo.. and kinda not making me want to go see them.

Radiohead have made huge profits from 'In Rainbows'. I can't find any sources on the actual figure, but there is a lot of information on the business model of what they did.

Thom Yorke's revealed that Radiohead have made more money from digital downloads of their new album 'In Rainbows' than digital sales of all the other Radiohead albums put together.
As for expensive ticket sales, it isn't just Radiohead. There is a huge business behind live music that all want a cut of that money.
