Hello everyone. Sorry not been in touch for sometime- couldn't make last couple of groups. Hope you all are well. Have made rather dismal progress on my little red bolero thingy - to the point where I'm interested in hearing about any knitters out there who would welcome finishing it off (paid of course!). Think the pattern is a bit too complicated for a mere beginner like me. Will go back to more basic items! Am interested in the 'stash' idea. What happens to all the stuff made??

Hello Cake Woman! The last time I saw that bolero thingy, it was in Jill's hands. Do you mean she didn't finish it off for you? Oh, well, never mind, I know she is a very busy lady. Regards the stash things - you keep them!! It's just a way of using up yarn that you have in the house and not going out buying endless more that you probably won't use and end up selling on ebay - like me!! Lovely to hear from you too. Will you be going to the February meet at The Wool Baa?

You had made a fabulous job of it. Then you got a bit confused - but only after tackling a quite tricky bit. Now - get on with it as you can't really pass on a 2/3rds finished item on to someone else as the tension may be completely different. I can help you with the tricky bit again. Wanted to let you know it really helped reading all your words of encouragement the other day. Didn't have time to reply then. I have since gone back to said bolero, tried again.....got stuck BUT I will not be defeated! :)I will be taking up lovely Jill's offer of support and then start again - on the right track.
